Custom Web App Development in Saudi Arabia & the UAE

Last updated: 23 September 2026

We build custom web applications for businesses in Saudi Arabia and the UAE — client portals, dashboards, CRMs and internal business systems — starting from USD 2,500 (SAR 9,400 / AED 9,200). They run in the browser on any phone or computer, support Arabic and English, and replace the spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads your team is running the business on today.

Why build your system with us

Real systems, already running

We've built and run multi-branch ERP, accounting and CRM systems for ourselves and our clients — the examples below are live, not concept designs.

Small first version, fast

We ship one core workflow first so your team uses it within weeks, then add modules based on what they actually need.

Built on data you already have

Most businesses run on spreadsheets. We import and connect them, so nothing gets re-typed and nothing gets lost.

What's included in every build

  • Workflow mappingwe document how the work happens today, then design the system around it — not the other way round

  • Roles and permissionsstaff, managers and owners see what they need; sensitive records stay restricted

  • Arabic and Englishinterfaces can support right-to-left Arabic alongside English

  • Imports and exportsbring in existing spreadsheets and export reports to CSV at any time

  • Data quality rulesthe system flags suspicious or incomplete records instead of quietly miscounting them

  • You own itthe code and data belong to you, hosted in your accounts

Systems we've built

Real, in-use projects (client names withheld):

Multi-branch ERP for a tyre retail business

A multi-tenant web system that runs several branches of the business from one login.

Payout & accounting dashboard for an events company

Reads live from the company's Google Sheet, totals each contractor's payouts by date range and flags messy entries for review instead of guessing.

Sales CRM for an outreach team

Lead pipeline, follow-up scheduling, tasks, bulk assignment, CSV imports and per-person analytics — the CRM our own team runs on.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a custom web app cost in Saudi Arabia or the UAE?

Our web apps start from USD 2,500 (SAR 9,400 / AED 9,200) for a first version covering one core workflow with logins, a database and dashboards. Larger systems are built module by module, each quoted in advance.

Do you build mobile apps for iOS and Android?

No. We build web apps that work well on phones, tablets and computers through the browser. That covers most internal systems and portals without app-store approval or two separate codebases. If you need a native app-store app, we'll say so and point you elsewhere.

How long does it take?

A focused first version usually takes 4–6 weeks, including importing your existing data. Additional modules take 1–3 weeks each depending on complexity.

Can it work with our Google Sheets or existing tools?

Yes. Several of our systems read from or import Google Sheets, and we can connect services that offer an API. We scope each integration before quoting.

Who owns the code and the data?

You do. The system is hosted in accounts you control, and you receive the code.
